Move files between Windows and the Macintosh

Move files between Windows and the Macintosh

The Apple Macintosh that you are using must support Apple File Exchange or Apple PC Exchange.

  1. Save your Microsoft Windows file to a 3.5-inch disk.
  2. Insert the disk in the Macintosh disk drive.
  3. Copy the files directly to the Macintosh.

Note You can easily move files between Windows and the Macintosh if you have access to a Microsoft Windows NT server that is set up with Services for the Macintosh. For more information, see your Windows NT documentation
